Freezing!

This Momma got to go out last night while the boys were off at Daddy's house!  I got invited to a Superbowl media event party at The House of Blues in Downtown Dallas and had a really good time.  Granted it was FREEZING cold and the roads were solid ICE, but we made in there and back in one piece, so that is a plus.  I am not very good with names of players and all these big football people but I do know Jerry Jones (owner of the Cowboys) when I see him, and I DID!  I instantly text Karlee, my fellow Dallas Cowboys Fan (and sister), to make her jealous, hope it worked ;)  All and all it was a good night, with good company! 

On another note....  it is another snow day for the schools and many of my little kiddos.  Outside looks about the same a it did yesterday, full of snow and ice.  It is SO cold!  I think I may loose my toes after my well thought out plan of open toed shoes last night!  Hello!  So over the cold and ready for Spring!  Hope that darn groundhog finds his shadow today!


Here's a pic of the house across from mine, requested by my mom.  Notice the ice on my porch.  That is what is under the snow.  About 2 inches thick of it!  Awesome to drive in!
